Who Can Use This App

The App is provided for internal use by Jai Enterprises employees and authorized staff only. It is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, members of the general public or children under 18.

Information We Collect

The App collects the following categories of information:

• Personal information — your name, phone number, email address, and employee/staff identifier, used to create and manage your account.
• Location data — precise device location (GPS), collected when you check in or check out, to verify attendance is being marked from an authorized work location. Location is only accessed while you actively use the attendance feature.
• Camera and photos — a photo may be captured at check-in/check-out to verify attendance is being marked by the correct employee.
• Device and diagnostic data — device model, operating system version, app version, and crash/error logs, collected automatically to keep the App stable and fix bugs.

How We Use This Information

Data collected through the App is used only to:

• Record and verify employee attendance, check-in/check-out time, and work location.
• Support HR, payroll, and workforce administration by Jai Enterprises.
• Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve App performance and reliability.
• Communicate with you about your account or attendance records where necessary.

We do not use App data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

App Permissions

The App may request the following Android permissions, each used only as described:

• Location — to record the location of a check-in or check-out and confirm it falls within an authorized work area.
• Camera — to capture an attendance verification photo at check-in/check-out.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party infrastructure providers to operate:

• Firebase (Google) — used for account authentication, storing attendance records, and app diagnostics/crash reporting. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps — used to display or verify check-in location on a map.
• Analytics & crash reporting — used to understand app stability and usage patterns so we can fix issues; this data is aggregated and used for App improvement only.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms; we do not control, and are not responsible for, their independent data practices beyond the services described here.

Data Storage & Security

App data is stored on Firebase / Google Cloud infrastructure. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and access to attendance records is restricted to authorized HR and administrative personnel at Jai Enterprises. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. Information collected through the App is shared only with the third-party service providers named above, as necessary to operate the App, and with authorized personnel within Jai Enterprises for HR, payroll, and attendance-administration purposes. We may also disclose information where required to comply with applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain attendance and account data for as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfil the purposes described in this policy — typically for the duration of your employment or engagement with Jai Enterprises, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal compliance.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data collected through the App by contacting us at rajaramrajaram353@gmail.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Children’s Privacy

The App is an internal employee tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
